Finding affordable healthcare can be difficult. If you or someone you know is living with diabetes, Ohio University offers a free diabetes clinic that may be able to help.

HAPCAP for Health is sharing this resource because connecting people with healthcare and other community resources is an important part of helping our neighbors stay healthy.

From helping neighbors to tackling behind-the-scenes projects, we are so grateful for all the energy, creativity, and hard work they’ve brought to our team.
