We haven't given up! Over the past few months we have been steadily accumulating necessary equipment and materials needed to offer you an excellent experience here. We also have perfected a few new brews to add to our repatoir. For St Patty's Day we tapped a really nice Imperial Dry Irish Stout, and we have a pre prohibition style Imperial Cream Ale in the fermenter now. Great things to come...

It's brewday today, and it sure smells amazing in here! Our imperial red ale we call Maga la Don is mashing now. This was a great beer the last time we brewed it. We created the labels for bottles, before we started kegging.

Merry Christmas to everyone. We scored a used bourbon barrel from Indiana Whiskey Co in South Bend, so our next brew is going to be a bourbon barrel aged Scottish ale!

Can't wait to try our newest brew. It's a nicely aged porter, which was made from locally sourced hops and grains!

It's been awhile since we last spoke. Life has happened, and a few hurdles to overcome are on our plates now. Just wanted to let everyone know we haven't given up, just slowed down a bit. Please beer with with us, lol, as we can't wait to get moving forward either!
