This is the same dough I use to make my focaccia, only topped with San Marzano tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, and basil and baked into the most incredible homemade pizza. It's chewy, flavorful, and golden on the edges. One dough, endless possibilities. 🍕🥖

Sometimes the simplest things are the most satisfying. Slow fermented dough, quality olive oil, and a generous handful of Maldon sea salt. Simple, flaky, salty. We'll be bringing this one to the Logansport Farmer's Market this Saturday! 🍞
