Oops. 🫤 Free King Arthur Gluten Free Rosemary focaccia. 📢

Sometimes the "test and scale" model doesn't work out. My small test batch was good, but my scaled batch for the market didn't turn out how I planned. The flavor's still good, but the rise & texture's not there yet. I've got 4 loaves to share rather than waste. Perfect for breadsticks, croutons, or breadcrumbs. First come, first served Saturday 8/29 at the Logansport Farmer's Market from 8am- noon.

This post is for my gluten free folks. I think I made a decent focaccia loaf using King Arthur Gluten Free Pizza Flour, BUT it still uses a wheat starch. Is this generally acceptable even though it contains a wheat product?
