Today, I crafted four incredible varieties of compound butter, all starting from scratch with fresh cream. First, I made a rich Roasted Garlic & Herb butter, followed by a bold Old Bay & Garlic blend. Next, I created a smoky Chipotle & Sun-Dried Tomato butter, and finished off with a sweet Honey Cinnamon butter perfect for rolls and sweet potatoes. As a bonus, I also yielded four quarts of the freshest, most delicious buttermilk you can imagine! Don’t say you don’t like buttermilk until you’ve experienced it fresh – it’s a game-changer! 😎
