There has been a lot of uncertainty lately, and we’ve been getting questions about our meat and where it comes from. We believe our customers deserve to know exactly what they’re buying, so we wanted to share some information about the meat we carry here at Corner’s Edge Butcher Shoppe.

🥩 BEEF
We carry Certified Angus Beef ⅔ Upper Choice and Prime grade beef products, sourced from ranges in Georgia and primarily the Midwest.
• Our beef is aged for at least 30 days before cutting.
• It is grass-fed and grain-finished.
• And most importantly to us and our customers — NO Canadian, Mexican, or Argentinian beef. Ever.

🐔 CHICKEN
Our chicken is all natural, fresh, never frozen, and never hard-chilled, and it comes from right here in Gainesville, Georgia.
• No hormones
• No antibiotics
• No animal by-products in the feed

🐖 PORK
Our pork is all natural, always fresh, and never injected.
• Sourced fresh from the Northeast
• Never Smithfield
• Never injected
