7 generation family ranch in Lo**ta, Texas, (Texas Gulf Coast) seeking a hand/trainee with growth potential, to hopefully move to a foreman or manager. This is a full-time salaried position Monday-Friday and some Saturdays, with occasional extended/flexible hours as required. We are a 500 head +/- cow/calf operation, with some stockers and heifer development. Cattle experience/knowledge an ABSOLUTE must. We use horses occasionally, primarily working off UTVs. The job is tending to cattle, grazing rotations, water lines and troughs, fencing (boundary and electric interior), brush, running equipment, etc. with lots of outdoor physical labor.
