Its been such a busy winter season that its been hard to keep up.

For those of you who don't know, I am the head chef at The Ranch Club in Missoula, a public restaurant within a private golf course. It was a very busy summer. As temperatures cool and golf declines, it opens up a little time for me to work and play with chocolate. The process begins with coloring and shelling all of my moulds. I began this process at the beginning of October. I'm now ready to move on to the next stages; filling, capping and tapping.
I will be at the Missoula Valley Winter Market every Saturday from November 15th thru mid April from 9am to 3pm if you want to catch me there. Otherwise, feel free to reach out to me directly if you're interested in supporting my small business.
