Free barrels and picnic tables! Some of the barrels don’t have bungs so recommend taping over the openings to avoid leakage of any residual liquid. The picnic tables fold up.

Come join us for the taproom’s last weekend! We had kept some 2022 and 2023 Saison Meer: Gin Barrel (Dandelion) for future use and will be serving them today and tomorrow until we run out.

We are sad to announce that our final day of service at the taproom will be Sunday December 29, 2024. Thank you to all of our customers who made this little building a great place for discussing and drinking saison these past few years. Extra special thanks to Billy and Matt for introducing saison to so many and for expanding the knowledge of so many more.

Afterthought the brewery will still brew in its original production space and barrel warehouse and those beers will continue to be distributed throughout the Chicagoland area. We look forward to drinking some with you at finer beer establishments 🍻
