You can start placing your garlic orders for this year’s 12th annual Garlic Day at the farm on 8/15.

Romanian Red 4-6 monstrous cloves are the easiest of all to peel. Very hot and juicy, and containing the highest amount of allicin of any garlic variety known.
Chesnok Red 9-12 cloves are beautiful red striped bulbs with a rich sweet flavor when roasted and sautéed. Great raw too with a medium not too overpowering garlic flavor which is great in olive oil and salad dressing.
Music 4-6 large cloves has large impressive bulbs with rich, garlicky, strong, robust flavor and easy to peel jumbo cloves which are easy to use in the kitchen.
Majestic 4-6 large cloves are a larger mild garlic and long storage life.
Italian Red 4-6 large cloves, robust and very hardy.
Montana Giant 4-6 large cloves which are great for cooking.
Georgia Fire 6-8 large cloves with purple streaks which are full bodied with strong heat.
