The Role:

Mechanical work on farm equipment.

Building repairs and maintenance.

Feeding cattle (TMR) and seasonal field work.

Indoor and outdoor tasks.

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Mechanical experience is a must.

✅ Must be careful with equipment and respectful of the team.

✅ Valid driver’s license.

✅ Proficient in English.

✅ Ability to pass random drug tests.

Happy New Year from Elsinger Farms! As we put 2025 behind us and look to 2026 we are truly grateful for the people in our life. There is a lot of people whether it's employees, vendors, neighbors, family or friends. We always knew it took a village to achieve our goals but that was proven to us ten fold this last year. Here is to looking forward to a new year and the continued support of "Our people".

And we rose from the rubble in 6 months! The feeling today at the dairy was undescribable as the last load of cows came home! We can look forward to getting back to normal but will never forget the journey to get to this day. Praise the Lord!!!

Unity is strength...On May 15th, a tornado decided to take an 85-degree turn and come visit Elsinger Farms. When the three partners and our employees stood in front of twisted metal and rubble with cows underneath it, it was a lot to take in. But then it happened...There was an army of people with cattle trailers, excavators, skid-loaders, and whatever each person had brought to help us. Gracious farms stepped up to take cattle. That night and in the days and weeks after the tornado, the outpouring of supplies, including food and water, started coming to the farm. People offered help with cleaning up or just stopped to talk or give a hug. When I decided to post this on Facebook, I started a list of people to thank. Quite frankly, the list was a mile long, and I'm sure I would have forgotten someone. We honestly don't know all the people who helped at the farm that night, but we truly appreciate everyone. In one day shy of four months, the first girls were moved into the new barn. It wouldn't have happened if we didn't have the teamwork from all people involved to work toward a common goal of getting the barn built. Thinking outside the box and pivoting daily to keep our girls remaining at the farm comfortable was a challenge, to say the least. We hope to be in full operation by Thanksgiving, and we can't thank everyone enough! As I look at the angel that was untouched next to the milking parlor, I definitely know that night there were angels among us!

Due to the tornado that came thru we are looking for a milking parlor and freestall barn facility to rent until our facility is 100% back up. We are looking for a facility to accommodate 350-500 cows. Please call Brenda at 920-948-1436.

What a busy week at Elsinger Farms! Mother Nature shined down on us and we accepted the challenge! A huge thank you to my family and my dairy family for making Mother's Day so special!

Congratulations to the team at Elsinger Farms on getting the platinum award from Grande Cheese. This award was quite an honor to receive because of achieving the goal of getting under 100,000 somatic cell count every month in 2024. A goal set for many years and finally achieved last year! It takes a lot of hard work by a lot of good people! It was time to come together this afternoon and celebrate! Cheers to the team!!!

On this Thanksgiving Day we would like to thank our people in our life for everything they do to support us and our operation. It is not an easy task to keep a business running around the clock! If they are here a couple hours during harvest, a day a week, a couple days a month, part time or full time everyone plays an important role and we are truly grateful for that! Happy Thanksgiving to all our people and all our friends and family!
