Tucked away into the far southwest corner of the Sta.

Rita Hills AVA in Santa Barbara County, The Hilt Estate is defined by three distinct vineyards; Bentrock, Radian and Puerta del Mar. These windswept vineyards produce spectacular fruit and have catapulted The Hilt into an elite class of estates known for pinot noir and chardonnay. This unique, large and sprawling property offers a range of altitudes, aspects, soil types, and microclimates, giving winemaker Matt Dees a patchwork of vineyard parcels from which to select grapes and create wines with distinctive styles. On Saturday, June 27th, we invite you to join us for an unforgettable afternoon as we celebrate the 5 Year Anniversary of The Barn at The Hilt Estate!

For the occasion, we’ll be pouring selections of The Hilt and JONATA from our 2021 vintage, a meaningful reflection of the year we first welcomed guests into our tasting room. In addition, we’ve curated a perfect summer afternoon with freshly shucked oysters and seasonal bites from Clark’s Oyster Bar Montecito, alongside music by Val-Mar Records, spinning an all-vinyl DJ set of ultra groovy, retro tunes.
