For more than three decades, Greg has devoted his work to the Sta. Rita Hills. To be recognized by the community he has worked alongside for so many years makes this honor particularly meaningful.

The story of the Sta. Rita Hills, told one vintage at a time.

On Thursday, August 13, join Greg Brewer of Brewer-Clifton, Justin Willett of Tyler W**ery, and Frank Ostini and Gray Hartley of Hitching Post 2 & W**ery for a rare retrospective library tasting celebrating the w**es that have helped define this remarkable region.

Hosted at The Barn at Fiddlestix Vineyard, this intimate experience features thoughtfully selected library Chardonnays and Pinot Noirs dating back to the 1990s. Through three curated flights and conversation with the participating w**emakers, guests will explore the vineyards, vintages, and philosophies that have shaped the Sta. Rita Hills into one of the world’s most celebrated cool-climate w**e regions.

Created exclusively for the 25th Anniversary of W**e & Fire, this retrospective offers a unique opportunity to experience the evolution of the Sta. Rita Hills through the w**es themselves.

As the Founder & W**emaker of Brewer-Clifton, Greg has spent over three decades exploring and expressing the singular character of this extraordinary region. From co-founding Brewer-Clifton in 1996 to helping establish the Sta. Rita Hills AVA in 1997, his vision and dedication have helped define one of the world’s most celebrated cool-climate w**e regions.
 
We are honored to share that Greg will be recognized as the 2026 Vintner of the Year at W**e & Fire, celebrating the 25th Anniversary of the Sta. Rita Hills AVA.
