📅 MINDSET SYMPOSIUM: REGENERATIVE WINE TASTING
📍 Location: Cambria Winery & Vineyard, 5475 Chardonnay Lane, Santa Maria, CA.
🕒 June 10th from 4:30pm-6pm
🎟 A chance to connect, reset, and share wine in a more intentional space. Wines from 14 producers spanning CA, Oregon, France, and Italy will be poured. We’re excited to be part of this experience.
📅 Q***R CRUSH: A CELEBRATION OF Q***R WINEMAKERS
📍 Location: Alta Vina Wine Bar, 420 3rd St. Oakland, CA. 94607
🕒 June 13th from 3pm-6pm
🎟 We’re heading up to Oakland to pour our wines at Alta Vina in Oakland. There will be 5 winemakers and 15 wines. If you’re in the Bay Area, come by, taste with us, and hang out.

New Wine + New Release

We are so excited to announce our inaugural release of the 2025 Aligoté, coming from Calleri Vineyard in San Benito County. The vineyard is planted with cuttings from La Corvée de Bully — a small, historic old-vine site in Burgundy known for its massale selections and heritage material, including but not limited to the Doré clone.

Aligoté is known for its small clusters and beautiful pink-tinged berries mixed with golden hues. Fermented and aged in concrete egg, the wine develops both texture and complexity while preserving freshness. Think 🍋🍊🍍🍏🍐 with a pale grey hue and a subtle blush of pink in the glass.

On the palate, crisp acidity with layers of citrus, green apple, pear, pineapple, and a light mineral, saline finish, full of energy and perfect for warm, summer bbqs.

Great wine starts in living soil and that’s what we celebrate this Earth Day 🌎. This isn’t just farming at Paicines Ranch, it’s a system that gives back more than it takes with Regenerative Farming practices.
Slide 1: 🍷Good wine doesn’t start in the cellar.
Slide 2: It starts with living soil that increases biodiversity. Healthy soil = healthier vines = better fruit.
