Wyatt's Chapel Farm We self sustain & preserve as much as we can at Wyatt's Chapel Farm. We sell what we have in abundance from what we grow, raise & make by hand.

You can find our farm products exclusively in Booth 108, Vendors Mall of Corbin, Open Daily 10am-6pm. We were married at Wyatt's Chapel Church and ten years later had the opportunity to own it. Robert retired after serving 27 years in the Army and since then, we have made Wyatt's Chapel our home. We look forward to sharing our projects, bees, gardening and items produced at Wyatt's Chapel Farm with you.

We took advantage of the cooler temperatures this morning to get some planting done. We started with these six hardy hibiscus 🌺 plants that will be used in our herbal teas.

Our freeze dryer has been down for a few weeks while we waited on a replacement pump. If you’ve ever dealt with Harvest Right, you know shipping isn’t exactly speedy!

The good news is it’s finally back up and running, which means we’ve restocked one of our most requested snacks—Freeze Dried Dill Pickles!

If you haven’t tried them yet, you’re missing out. They’re crunchy, salty, packed with dill pickle flavor, and hard to put down once you start eating them.

One of our favorite summer side dishes is roasted summer squash and zucchini with onions, tomatoes and garlic herb seasoning! Cut the veggies, toss in some olive oil, add seasoning and sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until veggies are tender.

We picked our first handful of wild blackberries this evening. The canes that are shaded by trees have nice sized berries starting to turn. The ones in the full sun are still green and the berries are really small.
