Ingredients

Cake:

10 tbsp unsalted butter; melted

1/2 cup light brown sugar

2/3 cup Brown Cow Maple Cream Top Yogurt

1/2 cup whole milk

1 tbsp vanilla extract

2 large eggs

2 cups all-purpose flour

1/2 tsp baking soda

2 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp salt

Streusel:

1/4 cup light brown sugar

1/3 cup all-purpose flour

1/2 tsp cinnamon

3 tbsp unsalted butter; melted

Pinch of salt

Cinnamon roll filling:

1/4 cup unsalted butter; melted

1/2 cup light brown sugar

1/2 tbsp cinnamon

Glaze:

1 cup powdered sugar

1 1/2 tbsp whole milk

1/4 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions:

Start by preparing the streusel. In a small bowl, combine all the streusel ingredients and mix until well incorporated. Set aside.

Next, in another small bowl, add the filling ingredients and mix until coarse crumbs form. Set aside.

In a large bowl, combine the wet ingredients with the sugar and mix until smooth. Add the dry ingredients and continue mixing until the batter is fully incorporated and lump-free.

Line and grease an 8×8 baking pan, then pour in the batter. Add dollops of the filling on top and use a skewer or knife to gently swirl it into the batter. Finish by sprinkling an even layer of streusel over the top.

Bake at 375°F for 45 minutes. Once baked, drizzle with glaze and enjoy!

Glaze:

2 cups powdered sugar

1 tbsp lemon juice

2 tbsp heavy cream

Instructions:

Maple Cheesecake 🍁

Recipe
16 oz Cream cheese; softened
1 Cup Granulated white sugar
1/2 Cup Brown Cup Maple Cream Top Yogurt
1 Tsp Vanilla extract
1/2 Tsp salt
2 Tbsp Cornstarch
3 Large eggs

Crust:
2 Cup Graham crackers
1/4 Cup Granulated white sugar
1/2 Cup Unsalted butter; melted

Instructions

In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and white sugar in medium speed until smooth. Add maple yogurt, vanilla extract, salt, and cornstarch until everything is well combined and smooth.

Lastly, add in one egg at a time, but don’t overmix or the cheesecake will crack while it bakes.

You can use a store-bought crust or you can make your own. It’s super simple and easy: combine crushed graham crackers, white sugar, and melted butter. Transfer to a 9-in springform pan and press down firmly with a flat-bottom item. Bake at 350F for 10 minutes. Allow the crust to cool completely before adding the cheesecake mixture.

In a large roasting pan, add boiling water halfway. Place your cheesecake in the center of the pan and bake for 35-45 minutes or until the center is set.

Turn off the oven and crack the door open, leaving your cheesecake to rest for an hour. After an hour, allow your cheesecake to rest on the counter for another 30 minutes before placing it in the refrigerator to chill overnight.

Instructions

1.25 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
¼ tsp baking soda
2 tsp vanilla bean paste or extract
2 eggs

Instructions
Set oven to 350F

3-4 cloves

Instructions:
