The 16th Annual Long Beach Urban Farm Dinner was Epic this year. As the Autumn equinox brings us into cooler weather we celebrate local seasonal & sustainable ingredients. These loving talented Chefs created 8 appetizers and 12 courses for 220 people at this family style dining experience. Our team also included Browning High School culinary students that helped us in the kitchen and with serving the guests. This chefs social, dining experience, and fundraiser benefits Sowing Seeds Of Change at The Growing Experience in Long Beach as well as food education programs at Rancho Los Alamitos. It is moments like this under the full moon that we can honor the past, celebrate the harvest, and share precious time with friends. Thank you to all that made this spectacular evening come true.
