What started as a simple food truck pop up has quickly grown into something much bigger.

To prepare for the summer season and the opportunities ahead, we're taking a short pause to make improvements to our kitchen and operations. These upgrades will help us create a smoother experience, improve consistency, and allow us to better serve our guests moving forward.

We're incredibly grateful for the support everyone has shown since day one. Because of that support, what we originally envisioned as a temporary pop up is beginning to look more and more like a long term partnership and something we're excited to continue building.

The food truck will be temporarily closed while we complete these improvements, but we'll be back soon and better than ever.

Thank you for being part of this journey. We can't wait to fire the smoker back up and serve you again soon.

Just wrapped up another great week at WRECK Island Park, and the support has been incredible.

Featured here is our 75/25 brisket and chuck double backyard burger, stacked high, topped with crisp pickled chips and finished with our signature Red Line Sauce. Simple. Messy. Delicious.

Week after week, we're proving that great barbecue isn't just about the smoker. It's about good food, good people, and creating a place where everyone wants to hang out.
