J’s Dogs and Otto’s Pizza Stix are looking for two reliable, energetic Manager-Operators to join our growing mobile food concept.

Our operation runs out of a 10' × 10' mobile kiosk near the Traffic Circle in Long Beach, serving premium grilled hot dogs, sausage links, and Otto’s fully baked Pizza Stix.

We’re looking for people with grill or cooking experience who can handle customer service, daily operations, setup and takedown, and DoorDash orders.

✅ 3–5 days per week
✅ Good pay

After 38 years of building businesses, I’m now focused on helping others grow theirs — particularly through the unique concept of licensing that only a few have truly mastered.

A model that creates expansion, branding, long-term growth, and real-world business experience.

Today, I selectively work on projects like Brake Time Now and J's Dogs, helping turn concepts and established businesses into scalable licensing opportunities.

You'll do the work — my role is helping guide the vision forward.

And lastly, everything I do helps fund our nonprofit, Colombia De Mi Corazón, which I founded in 2010, supporting children in poverty in my native country of Colombia.

A local Long Beach influencer, Magno, came across one of our Instagram/Facebook posts and decided to come down and try Otto’s Pizza Stix & J-Dogs for himself.

He was so impressed with the concept — but even more importantly, the quality of the food — that he decided to shoot this video and share it with us.

And here’s the best part: he did it completely on his own. No charge. On top of that, he’s sharing it with his 15,000+ followers. That’s awesome.

We’re starting to get some real traction with this new concept. Otto’s Pizza Stix has been around for 38 years, but combining our Pizza Stix with premium hot dogs and specialty sausage links is something new. We created it, brought it to market, and now it’s starting to grow some strong legs.

Come on down and try us out. If I know you, I’ll hook you up with some samples. And even if I don’t know you… I’ll probably hook you up anyway. LOL.
