Yesterday was another wonderful day of Cooking for the Community, and we want to extend a heartfelt thank you to everyone who stopped by Burton Heritage Farms!

To our incredible customers, supporters, friends, and neighbors-thank you for taking time out of your day to visit, sample food, shop local, and spend time with us. We truly enjoy meeting each and every one of you, hearing your stories, sharing recipes, and talking about what brings us all together: great food and community.

🦀🔥 Crispy Soft Crab Sandwiches Made Easy!

Fresh soft crab season is here, and it doesn’t get much easier or more delicious than this!

Simply butter your Blackstone or add a little butter to a skillet, place your soft crabs down, and season generously with Shore Smoke Seasonings Ocean Pursuit. Cook for a few minutes on each side until they’re golden brown and crispy.

Then, pile them onto your favorite sandwich roll and add whatever toppings you love. Lettuce, tomato, pickles, tartar sauce-the choice is yours!
