Dragons are among us at Leatherwood Pop- up Shop, today and tomorrow only. Created by Zosh Tanner. A luthier by trade, Zosh uses more flexible wire than violin strings for her dragon sculptures. You might expect to see these special creatures at Ren Fest, but they're right here in rural Long Prairie.

Just in for the Leatherwood Pop-up Shop today (1:00 to 8:00 p.m.) and tomorrow (9:00 to 2:00): LSL Totes. These fully lined totes have canvas bottoms, sturdy woven straps and pockets inside and out. Machine wash and dry (medium heat). Our designer, Laura, earned an AA in design from MCTC and a BA from the University of Minnesota. Her studio is in Long Prairie. Whether used for packing all the essentials for quilt retreats, separating the fragile items on grocery runs, or packing all the necessities for babies or fur babies, an LSL tote isn't just a pretty face, it's a work horse!

The pottery has arrived for this month's Leatherwood Pop-up, June 14 (1:00-8:00 p.m.) and June 15 (9:00 a.m. -2:00 p.m.) at 20361 County 86, Long Prairie. Silas is a graduate of Perpich Center for Arts Education and attended U of M Morris and the Minneapolis College of Art and Design. He lives and works in Minneapolis.
