Located on 120 acres in Morris County, NJ, Valley Shepherd Creamery is a working dairy milking over 700 sheep, goats and cows to make a variety of handmade, cave aged cheeses. All the products are aged in an underground cave on site. Weekend tours april-November. Products are sold at our Farm shop, our Philadelphia Reading Terminal Market store, and many seasonal farmer's markets.
