Really disappointed with our visit to in Charleston. The employees seemed unhappy and lacked any sort of customer service skills. Everyone appeared grumpy and there was a young child in the kitchen playing games on her phone. I ordered a Scrambled Egg and Country Ham biscuit, which is way overpriced in my opinion. I thought … “This better be good!” It wasn’t. The egg was a tasteless block of room temperature cackle fruit. Even worse - the Country Ham was like sawdust … and lacking in any flavor whatsoever. We won’t return and cannot recommend this place. Sorry! ☹️
