Quick, shaky video of my typical greeting when I head out to the Geep Keep in the morning. Roberta Flock, Siousxie Sewe, Debbie Hairy, and more recently, Whitney Eweston are almost always the first to greet me. Debbie Hairy is the moorit running to meet me with the happy head shakes and promptly starts air-licking when I give up the scritches. 😆

I will be there with fresh yarn, some floofy fleeces from Bless Ewe Sheep Company & Sanctuary, handmade goat milk lotion and soap, and more. Be sure to mark your calendars and come on out to the Kitsap Fairgrounds- it should be a fun event!

seems Pierce County is up to their "fun" 😒tricks again, this time trying to implement increased taxation on properties with "impervious surfaces". this is going to cause massive hardship to those in agriculture, as even graveled surfaces used for mud abatement are included in the "impervious surfaces" label. The proposed increased taxes will put many small farms out of business. Not sure what Pierce County has out for the small farmers, but they're sure doing a whole lot to run us into the ground.
