If you ordered a quarter Beef from us, you will soon get your hanging weight back and I will be sending you the invoice. Then you will fill out the cutting instructions to tell the butcher exactly how you want your beef cut up your way!

Mary and I are raffling off a Quarter Beef of our tender, nutrient dense beef! The tickets are $35 and you can buy as many as you like but we are only selling 40 tickets total. This will be roughly 130 lbs of Beef!!
