It’s that time of year! We will be taking orders for holiday meals including last year’s very popular Coquito. Message us for more information!

Arroz con Guandules, Pernil, and Pasteles are the foods that no Puerto Rican holiday meal can go without, and Coquito rounds out the meal! Coquito is Puerto Rican Coconut Nog and it’s amazing!

Coquito is a nog made with coconut cream, condensed and evaporated milks, cinnamon, nutmeg, and other yummy spices. Then we add the real spice: RUM! Traditionally, we add Bacardi to our coquito and use the empty bottles to give coquito as gifts. Spiced rum adds another layer of flavor to the blend. I’ve even heard of people adding whiskey, just don’t tell your Puerto Rican neighbors! My husband and son are both allergic to dairy, so I developed a vegan recipe that I know you’ll love! This holiday season, we will be looking for as many pretty bottles as we can find to share our yummy nog with you! (We will let you choose your own favorite liquor to add in.)
