This North Indian vegetarian Punjabi dish is made and served in most authentic way here at .restaurant .

One of our most loved dishes for a reason 💚

Our Sarson Da Saag, slow-cooked to perfection, rich with flavor and tradition —
served the classic way with Makki ki Roti, and the right accompaniments like GUR and SIRKE WALA PYAZ and homemade white butter to complete the experience.

And yes, it’s absolutely not your cream spinach ( saag ) or palak paneer or saag paneer which you get at any restaurant.
This is different.

This is truly a game changer dish .

This dish is blend of 4 greens.

The Gallery @ The Passenger is now accepting applications for upcoming exhibits.

We’re looking for artists whose work sparks conversation, emotion, curiosity, and connection—whether through bold photography, contemporary paintings, mixed media, cultural storytelling, or immersive visual experiences.

Located beneath the historic Dickens Opera House in Downtown Longmont, The Passenger is a globally inspired restaurant designed for people to slow down, linger, and experience something meaningful.

Our gallery walls become part of that journey.

Selected artists will have the opportunity to:
• Showcase their work in an elegant, high-traffic creative space
• Participate in artist meet-and-greets and community evenings
• Connect with guests, collectors, creatives, and local supporters
