Just in time for the Labor Day Weekend, welcome back to the taps, Bag Full of Hatch Kolsch!

We took our classic Kolsch Style recipe and rested it on fresh New Mexico Hatch Peppers. Fantastic pepper aroma and flavor without the heat. Try it as a red b**r!

Mochila Negra AND Beardtoberfest have made their return to the taps!

Mochila Negra - Dark Mexican L***r, subtle roasty/toasty notes with the slight sweetness makes this l***r one of our favorites!

Beardtoberfest - Our annual Oktoberfest Festbier. Beardtoberfest is the lighter of the two Oktoberfest Style b**rs, the other being a marzen. Crisp and subtle hop notes welcome in the Oktoberfest season.

Both are available on draft and in 4 packs to take home.

We have some good things happening this week. Make sure you come check us out.

First we have a new Hazy hitting the taps and in cans tomorrow (Tuesday) you won't want to miss.

A few weeks back I had a few friends come out to brew a b**r and celebrate them and the advice they helped me with during some building stages of Bearded. They both so happen to be Engineers, one from Texas and one from Nebraska. A third had something come up and couldn't make it. With them in the building it seemed to make sense coming up with a new Series called Engineered. This series will have a high focus on highlighting different hops we hold near and dear. I got to introduce them to some pizza from Rosalee's that day as well. Damn, Longmont has some great pizza. Thank you, Todd, Jake and Sam.,

Engineered: 8.2% Hazy IPA. Triple Dry Hopped with Cryo Citra, Freestyle Peacharine, Loaded to the brim with 2026 Freestyle Nelson and Amplified Nelson.

Also look for Mochila Negra hitting the taps this week.
