Ragin Cajun BBQ Ragin Cajun BBQ is a Louisiana style BBQ. We are a mobile BBQ smokin trailer that will be all over the Denver Metro area. Everyday is a different location.

We are open at 11AM till we sell out of meat. All of the BBQ is sold by the pound. You can order as little or as much as you want. We smoke all of our meats "low and slow" while preparing our sides from scratch daily which is also smoked very lightly. We believe in local small businesses working together so almost everything is local. Cajun cooking is all about taking things from all over and making it your own. We figure its time to bring a little of Louisiana style cooking to the mile high.
