Claremont has achieved 200% volume growth during the last two years while increasing production efficiency by over 75%! We have given back to our team members over $2M in efficiency gains in the form of wage and benefits increases. Very proud of our amazing team!! We recently celebrated our amazing achievements during the first 90 Days of our Redzone Productivity Module implementation! We had record setting improvements in productivity, which will help us better meet our growing client demand. Our team has really embraced the RedZone culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

We’re now in the process of implementing our next RZ Module: Compliance, which will streamline and enhance our Quality Assurance processes. Grateful to our outstanding team members who are making all this possible!

Claremont recently made the exciting decision to implement the Plex ERP system! We attended the ROKLive 2022 conference for Plex (and Rockwell Automation) users this week. Very informative! Plex ERP software will include a warehouse management system (WMS), and production planning & materials purchasing and accounting modules. Our “go live” date is Q4 of this year. Plex will complement our recently implemented RedZone production and quality software tools and enable Claremont to continue to efficiently scale our business while providing exceptional customer service!!

❗️ GARDEN UPDATE❗️
We're pleased to share that we've had another very successful growing season in our organic company garden! We've approximately doubled our garden footprint! In a typical harvest season week, we harvest over 300 cherry tomatoes, five goliath tomatoes, seven zucchini and 100-125 peppers! We're so happy to share this bounty with our team members through several-times-per-week distribution. We're already looking forward to next years planting and continuing to contribute to sustainability and provide locally grown food to more people. ¡Nos complace compartir que hemos tenido otra temporada de cultivo muy exitosa en nuestro jardín orgánico de la empresa! Hemos duplicado aproximadamente la superficie de nuestro huerto. En una semana típica de la temporada de cosecha, recogemos más de 300 tomates cherry, cinco tomates goliath, siete calabacines y entre 100 y 125 pimientos. Estamos muy contentos de poder compartir esta abundancia con los miembros de nuestro equipo a través de la distribución de varias veces a la semana. Ya estamos deseando plantar el próximo año y seguir contribuyendo a la sostenibilidad y proporcionar alimentos cultivados localmente a más personas.
