Happy Friday! Wanted to let folks know that I will no longer be serving food at Wibby Brewing or Bootstrap Brewing. I operate under a catering license and it has come to my attention that I am not allowed to sell individual meals to the general public.

Please know, this was in no way an issue with the quality or safe handling of the food I lovingly serve, simply a licensing issue.

Hello friends! Due to unforeseen circumstances, Lori's Cuisine will not be serving Wibbywursts tomorrow, Sunday September 2nd at Wibby Brewing. Don't let that stop you from checking out Wibby Brewings new expanded patio area and enjoy a craft lager! Hop on the BrewHop Trolley to see it for yourself! Super Bowl LI (51!), unfortunately, no Broncos (sad face!). However, it is Wibbywurst Sunday, yea! Join us at Wibby Brewing from 12:00 p.m. on, the "Big" game will be on at the brewery. We will have the usual menu with one exception: Handcrafted Wibbywurst served on a delicious pretzel bun with sauerkraut, sweet onions and mustard, pork green chili cheese dip with chips, cheddar & corn quinoa wrap with or without chicken AND a pumpkin spiced cookie with handcrafted cream cheese whip cream!
