Yes, at Red Cedar Bistro we are Mediterranean, but you can get a great Burger or Filet Mignon as well, and Italy is considered a Mediterranean country so of course we have several excellent pasta dishes. I enjoyed the excellent Spaghetti & Meatballs last night and Lisa loved the Chicken Piccata!

Nice to see a few people enjoying 1/2 price Wine Wednesday🥂🍷 We have an interesting selection, from Cabernet Sauvignon from California to Xinomavro (ZEE-no-MAHV-roh) from Greece. Remember, you can alway take an open bottle home with you.

Excellent 'Tour of the Mediterranean' wine dinner last night at Red Cedar Bistro. Chef Larry pulls out all the stops on the menu and we picked some fun wines to pair🍷🥂

Some of the words we tossed around-
Kolokythokeftedes, Migliaccio, Bastilla d'Jaj for food and Xinovavro, Falanghina and Bekka for wine!
Its a tasty way to expand your vocabulary!

If you haven't been to one or our dinners before, I encourage you to check them out. Was a fun evening!

Remember, every Wednesday is Wine Wednesday and all bottles of wine are 1-2 price!

We also do a complimentary wine tasting the 1st Friday of each month from 4:30-6p
