100% Barbera from the hills surrounding the village of Asti in the Provence of Piemonte. Unoaked.

Ancient Peaks Cabernet Sauvignon, Paso Robles, CA🍷
100% Cabernet Sauvignon, harvested and fermented by block then aged 19 months in French and American oak barrels

You never know what's gonna happen at our Red Cedar Bistro First Friday w**e tastings! DYK that there is an underground w**emaker community in Longmont. These guys have been making w**e in Longmont for 30 years and one even converted his garage into a full w**ery and is bonded. Bill & Ron decided to pop in to our August FF tasting and brought several bottles of their w**e. Made that Friday extra special as did the fact that good friends Chad + Jenni Elmendorf and Cary + Jolene Roseth came in as well🙏🥂🍷
