Comment JOURNAL and we'll send you the reflection journal! 🌱 Does life ever feel like it’s moving a little too fast?

The next thing. The next meeting. The next notification. The next thing that needs you.

Sometimes we need a little space to hear ourselves again.

We created the Sweet Earth Orchard Reflection Journal as a place to slow down, check in, and make room for what’s underneath all the noise.

You don’t need an hour. You don’t need the perfect setting.

Just a few quiet minutes and a willingness to pause.

🌿 Find the free Reflection Journal at the link in our bio.

Permaculture Principle #2: Catch and Store Energy

At the farm, that means finding simple ways to hold onto what nature gives us—sunlight, water, healthy soil, and seasonal abundance.

It’s a reminder to gather what nourishes us while it’s here, so it can support us later.

We have a few new (temporary) farm helpers this week.

Our neighbor’s sheep are spending some time at Sweet Earth Orchard, eating their way through some of the overgrowth.

The sheep get a fresh place to graze, we get a little help tending the land, and nutrients make their way back into the soil along the way.
