to the very first time we served out of the food trailer. was on the menu board we made with markers and poster!! I remember how stressful it was to get everything done correctly the first time. Boy have we grown! Remembering these times makes the process of taking the next step in our business venture so sweet! Thank you for all the support over the years and we can't wait to get back to cooking for our community out of our brand new set up. Stay patient with us. As some of you may already know we made the decision to take the next step in our food truck journey by selling the Two Step Cajun Cuisine food trailer. In the next few weeks we will have our new truck with a full Two Step Kitchen. This will open an opportunity to create some special and unique food we have been wanting to bring to the public for a very long time ! We are so excited for the next chapter. We are still booking catering jobs in the meantime! As always thank you to all our customers for the love and support over the years and we can't wait to bring something new and exciting to our community. ❤️
