Chicken Fried Steak Inspector

I don't know how many years ago (over 31) My sweet MIL Gloria Atkinson took me (and my future wife) to Dirty's Restaurant 1710 Durham Dr Houston, TX 77007 and we had the chicken fried steak. It was the size of a hubcap and left a lasting impression on me. I haven't been able to find pictures of the place but as I recall it had newspaper everywhere and hanging down from the ceiling as well so it was a very unique place.

If anyone has pictures of this place I'd love to see them.

I didn't become the inspector overnight it took iteration. If you have a sense of humor and aren't offended by strong NSFW language you might like it. I talk about the process of picking perfect Chicken Fried Steaks as well. Not for kids.
