Happy New Year Everyone!!! I know it’s been a very long time since you guys heard from me, I apologize for that. I’m not even sure how many people still follow us or will view this post. But that’s okay! I’ve been inactive on this social media. That’s on me.

These last few years I’ve been living and working in a few different places across Alaska as a guide. Mostly as a tour guide working with Sled Dogs. Yes, I’m a musher. Yes! It’s been epic. The photos are just a taste of my time in Alaska

While I LOVE Alaska, circumstances are changing for me. This current chapter in Alaska is coming to a close. Not immediately, I will be finishing out the winter season as a musher. But this Spring, I will be transitioning back to Louisiana. This Spring and Summer will be an adjustment period for myself and the farm. That means, come late Summer / early Fall, Wander Wild will be back in business!!!

There will be a few changes to the farm and what we produce / sell. That will be discussed and revealed at a later date.

2025 is going to be an exciting year!

Again I wish everyone a Happy New Year!!!

Seed starting update: It’s been almost a week. It’s amazing how fast some of these leafy greens germinate. Some were popping up within 48 hours. Spinach is the only one lagging behind, but that’s normal. Now its time to start my succession planting.

This week has been a week of seed starting!!! Over the entire season, I’ll end up making thousands upon thousands of these little soil pods. It can be work, but it’s worth it in the end. As for my seeds, I usually buy local or from Johnny’s Selected Seeds online. I’m excited for our Fall Market Garden!!!
