Charcuterie Board

An abundant gold platter filled with a beautiful mix of cheeses, cured meats, and fresh fruit. Featuring cubed and sliced cheeses (aged gouda, Irish sage cheddar, truffle gouda,, ube gouda, sharp cheddar and manchego), soft mozzarella pearls, salami roses, fresh figs, green grapes, and fragrant basil leaves. Colorful, generous, and elegantly arranged.

The dessert table featured an assortment of 3” mini cakes made just for April & Luciano:

• German Chocolate Cheesecake – chocolate cookie crust, rich chocolate cheesecake, topped chocolate ganache and a rich, gooey coconut-pecan frosting made with toasted coconut, chopped pecans, and a caramel-like cooked filling

• Strawberry Cheesecake – graham cracker crust, creamy strawberry cheesecake finished with whipped cream & a fresh strawberry

• Tres Leches Cake – soft sponge soaked in the traditional three milks, topped with fresh whipped cream and cinnamon

• Chocolate Turtle Cake – moist chocolate cake with chocolate buttercream, pecans, caramel & chocolate

• Coconut Cake – tender coconut cake with fluffy coconut buttercream
