Today, I truly challenged myself. I love baking but never learned cake decorating. A dear friend asked me to make his wedding cake for today. After a lot of hemming and hawing, I agreed. I don’t think I’ve ever been so stressed in my life. Catering for 200 people was less stressful. Anyway, I played with my flavors for a couple weeks to get the taste perfect. We had a tasting last week, and today the actual cake. Congratulations to Adam and Maira!
