Booth season is in full swing! Find us this weekend in TWO spots!! We got Stephanie heading down to Lee’s Summit, MO tomorrow to go setup the booth and hang with you guys this weekend at Downtown Days Lee’s Summit! Cranberry Maple Brie Bites

Ingredients:
Puff pastry (I just used the Gf Sweet Loren’s puff pastry)
Brie cheese chunks
Cranberry Maple Syrup

Roll out your puff pastry and cut into squares. Place those squares into a muffin tin and then add chunks of Brie on top of the puff pastry. Drizzle about a teaspoon of cranberry maple syrup on top of each chunk of Brie. Fold the tops of the puff pastry over the cheese/maple syrup and bake for 15 minutes at 400 degrees. Serve with a little extra cranberry maple syrup drizzles on top and enjoy!
