Have you ever heard of Teroldego? 🍷
This bold, beautiful red varietal originates from the Trentino-Alto Adige region of Northern Italy and is one of the most exciting grapes we work with here at Secret Ravine Vineyards.

On the nose, expect deep layers of blackberry, dark plum, black cherry, and violet, lifted by vanilla, baking spice, cedar, and cocoa. On the palate, it is rich and structured, with refined tannins, warm oak spice, and a savory mineral finish that lingers beautifully.

Best food pairings for Teroldego:
🥩 Braised short ribs or beef stew

Here's how we'd pair our Secret Ravine wines with some of our favorite baked creations:

🍋 Lemon Tart → 2023 Sauvignon Blanc
Bright citrus meets bright citrus. The crisp acidity and fresh notes of our Sauvignon Blanc are a natural match for the zesty, buttery richness of a perfectly baked lemon tart.

🍫 Dark Chocolate Torte → 2019 Reserve Montepulciano
Bold, full-bodied, and rich with dark cherry and earthy depth — our Reserve Montepulciano stands up beautifully to the intensity of dark chocolate.

🍇 Fresh Fig Tart → 2022 Montepulciano
