Berry Hill Farm is located in the somewhat rolling country hills of Loranger, our pleasant little corner of Southeast Louisiana. Berry Hill is run by the Fleenor Family, with father and son team Will & Jessee as the primary farmers. The team also includes Murphy Fleenor, compost specialist, Jeremy Fleenor, international woofer, Sandra "Grammy" Grams, and a couple of monkeys named Kai and Sia. Orig

inally the farm operation was based around the now-retired You-Pick blueberries, as well as Will Fleenor's delicious pasture raised beef. Over the past several years we have turned our vision towards providing the people of Southeast Louisiana with fresh all-natural produce of the highest quality. We are in our fifth year of the Farm to Door program, often referred to as a type of Community Supported Agriculture (CSA). Members of our Farm to Door program receive a heaping bag of that weeks freshest produce each week of the season. Along with the produce each week's bag includes a fresh baked loaf of bread, half a dozen free-range chicken eggs and a homemade farm "Lagniappe" item. We currently offer two 12-Week Farm to Door seasons each year, with this Spring season beginning the week of April 18th, 2017. We also offer homegrown pasture raised beef, milked fed pork and whole local chickens that can be added to our customers weekly deliveries. The šŸ«blueberriesšŸ« are in!! They got here just a little early this year, which hopefully means a busy, berry-filled summer season.

You can get your blueberries 2 ways:
1. U-Pick - Pick your own at the farm **anytime**. These are $20 per gallon (one gallon is equal to roughly *5 lbs of blueberries*). When you arrive at the farm, just look for the fold out table with the Berry Hill Welcome sign. The table will include buckets and bags that you can use while picking!

2. We Pick! We will also have gallons and/or pints available at our Farm Store and at the Hammond Farmer's Market every Saturday for $28 per gallon.

As always, reach out to Sandy to order pickup any other day of the week!

While it might be rainy and gloomy outside - we are all smiles at Berry HIll Farm. These spring rains are just what we need to get those veggies and grass growing for our cows! To celebrate the arrival of May and spring this week our specialty yogurt flavor will be *MAYHAW*! Made from fresh mayhaws, of course :)
