🐝 Out with the golden yellow… and hello BLACK! 🖤🍯

You may notice a little change on our honey bottles! Our manufacturer decided to discontinue the golden yellow lids we’ve used, so we were forced to make a change.

We think the new black lids look pretty sharp! Same great Reedy Creek Apiaries honey inside — just a new look on the outside. 🍯

What do y’all think of the new color?

Reedy Creek Apiaries — Local honey, straight from our hives to your table. 🐝🍯

Now that the bees are in NY for the summer and fall, it’s clean up time. This is the final pile of scraps left over from the bear attack we had earlier in the year.

Goal before next year- make enough “honey money” to buy solar fence energizers for each bee yard. lol.

The bees were loaded yesterday and are headed to NY for the Summer to make honey.
