Ideal for empty nesters or small family, this selection of premier all-natural farm raised beef consists of Bone In Ribeye Steak, Chuck Roast, Short Ribs, NY Strip, Shoulder Roast, Sirloin Steak, Queen’s Cut Filet Mignon, Osso Bucco, Brisket, Cube Steak, Hamburger Patties, Ground Beef & Stew Beef.

No steroids, no growth hormones, no antibiotics. High marbling Black Angus beef, grass & grain fed, corn finished and raised in the Western Tradition. Dry aged and vacuum sealed for prolonged freshness.

2023 Harvest Schedule

Since March, we have been prepping 7 Beef Steers, finishing each with 20 lbs. daily of nutrient dense grains and corn, further enhancing the high marbling qualities and tenderness of their Black Angus Genetics.

All beef has been born, raised and nurtured on our farm, grass fed, pasture raised, in the same all-natural environment consistent with the Western tradition.

We use no growth hormones and no antibiotics. All finished beef is dry aged, vacuum sealed and USDA inspected.

We are presently accepting reservations for halves & wholes. Various delivery options for this calendar year are available.

Our popular variety box packages are sold out. Stay tuned.

For summer grilling, we have 4 packs of specialty hamburger patties blended with cheddar cheese, hickory bacon bits with a hint of Jalapeño seasoning. Gourmet ground beef in bulk or 1 lb. packaging is also available.

We take pride in our herd & the beef we produce. We welcome you to enjoy along with us.
