Finally home after a long (but good) day/weekend at our Yankee Fall Classic Show in Syracuse, NY. I don't think I could have survived the day without Rich Carrier ❤️ and my other partners in crime Kelly Kibbe-Smith, Mary Lou Sheckler, Tyler Smith Exhibition Poultry, and Phillip Nesbitt. And Ben Carrier and all his friends that were a HUGE help in clean up. You all are amazing. Kelly and Tyler are Rockstars who pulled everything together and did all the hardest parts! I'm glad I could help lol.

My bantam cochins had a good day. Rich took pictures of my birds for me, so I could see how they did, because I was too busy all day at the show secretary table. Philip helped me with the cochin show report and he brought the best lunch for Kelly, Rich, and me. Birria tacos!

I had:
BV, RB Black bantam cochin c**k
RV black bantam cochin hen
BV, Best AOV splash bantam pullet
RV splash bantam c**kerel
BV, BB white bantam cochin Hen

I finally beat my "chicken mom" Kathy Marquart who got me started with white cochins. She's always telling me she wants me to beat her lol. ❤️

Anddddd my Packers beat the Bears!!!! Doesn't get any better than that 🥰😂

**I forgot to mention that this was the first time Gage did showmanship. He did really well! We got the judge's score sheet at the end of the show and I was blown away by how good he did.**

Despite the rain, and the craziness from all the other events happening at the Cobleskill Fairgrounds, we had fun yesterday at the Eastern NYS Poultry Association show.

Gage had Champion and Reserve Modern Game in the Junior show with his silver blue c**kbird and silver blue hen. I forgot to take pictures 🤦🏻‍♀️

I had Reserve of Breed with my black bantam cochin c**kbird.

Super fun weekend in Bath, NY for the Twin Tier Poultry Club Show. We won a giant pumpkin in the raffle and then I went a little overboard buying Dahlias. I can't help it. They're beautiful. We had the best time with friends and seeing everyone that we haven't seen in a while.

Gage won Best Modern Game, Champion Bantam, and Reserve Super Grand Champion of the Junior Show with a Silver Blue C**kbird bred by Troy LaRoche.

We're excited about all the babies we have growing out!

My birds did as good as expected with all the molting going on lol and I got a RV black bantam cochin c**kbird.
