Birthday cake favorite! Chocolate salad dressing cake, 10” dbl layer. Filling is cooked whipped vanilla frosting. Top is vanilla cream icing with log grain design. Sides are chocolate fudge icing. Archery Target is hand decorated fondant over some of the cake trimmings w/ whipped frosting. Bow is fondant molding, strings are dry colored spaghetti pasta. Arrows were made from skewers. It was a hit! There were only 3 very small pieces left. Birthday boy was very happy!

Chocolate cake, vanilla flavored icing. Stitch and flowers all hand made from vanilla fondant. Little girls Bday request.

10th Annual Belleville Henderson Farmers Challenge. Full sheet. Half chocolate/half vanilla cake. Vanilla flavored icing. Hand painted with gel color Fondant decoration.

This was fun! Happy Birthday to the guy who loves his outdoor sports. Layers of chocolate with chocolate fudge icing, vanilla with vanilla cream icing and marble with vanilla cream icing. All decorations are edible.

This one was for a favorite nephew and his wife. A variety of flavors here. We also attended the wedding this December wedding, very nice!
