Let’s take a look at our featured Food Trucks!

First up we have “The Drip Stop”, a mobile food trailer serving up premium Bingsu - a light fluffy Korean shaved snow dessert topped with fresh fruits, sweet drizzles, and delicious toppings

Next up we have the Ruelas brothers that started right here in our Deli at Los Alamos Co-op Market. We’re happy to host “Chefs for You”, founded by Jesus and Louie, with the mission to bring bold, flavorful, and comforting meals to communities through convenient and mobile formats. Famous for their “Sangwiches” their food is a must try!

And finally Manko: Native American Fusion: by Chef Ray Naranjo as seen on Food Networks “Chopped” this past April. Chef Naranjo brings indigenous food ways back to Northern New Mexico. Some stand out menu items include: Berries & Bird Seed Salad, The Avanyu Fusion Bowl, or The Cactus Turkey Sandwich which is a Monte Cristo reworked with local indigenous ingredients.

Kyle Mascarenas, known as his stage name Spinbot, is a DJ born and raised in Santa Fe. He fell in love with mixing and making music at the early age of 10, and now, 23 years later, he continues to do what he loves: moving people on the dance floor.
