FALSE TRUTH IN WEIGHT LOSS
🤨 “To lose weight, you need to cut calories and exercise a lot” - many are convinced of this to this day.
❓ Why does such a “truth” often not work in practice? And if it works, it’s only for a while. Then the weight comes back again.
Our Doctor often observed a pattern where a basic weight loss strategy was not enough. And in addition, it was important to take into account the recommendations for FIGURE TYPE.
It is the type of figure that determines the rate of weight loss, where fat accumulates on the body, the tendency to certain diseases, and much more.
There are 4 body types in total. They are determined by the level of hormones and the functioning of organs:
➡ liver;
➡ thyroid gland;
➡ ovaries;
➡ adrenal glands.
Each type requires a special approach. For example, in ovarian fat, fat often accumulates in the lower abdomen and thighs. The Doctor advises people with this body type to reduce the amount of dairy products in their diet or give them up altogether.
If you also find it difficult to lose weight, especially in problem areas (sides, buttocks, stomach), the Doctor advises you to adjust your diet to suit your body type.
