BQFF is heartbroken by the loss of our friend, Elle Simone Scott.

Elle was incredibly kind and generous, and she had a way of filling a room with warmth and joy. She made people feel comfortable, seen, and welcome — just by being herself.

We were so lucky to work with her and to experience that force firsthand. Her impact on our community is real and lasting, and we are deeply saddened by her loss.

Our hearts are with her family and her loved ones. Elle, thank you for all that you gave — you will be deeply missed. 🤍

The last few years have been full of really good food, connection, and community. 🌈 Founded to bring the community together IRL, we spent the holidays doing exactly that — we r back, feeling especially thankful for the inspiring chefs, brands, and tastemakers who’ve shape BQFF.🎉
