Happy MLB Opening Day! We are very excited to announce our new flavor, Soy Jalapeño, now available at Dodger Stadium!

This is our boldest flavor yet, with just enough heat to keep things lively, but as with our other flavors, understated enough to let the natural flavor of the almond shine. We created Soy Jalapeño as a callout to the Japanese and Latino fans that pack the stands.

We had the pleasure of participating in a special event hosted by JAPAN HOUSE LA last week! The evening focused on the future of global food sustainability, highlighted through the introduction of EARTH MART (), one of the signature pavilions of EXPO 2025 currently taking place in Japan ().

Mr. Kundo Koyama and Mr. Hitoshi Hokamura, the creators of EARTH MART, shared the inspiration behind the concept, the meaning of each exhibit, and introduced Earth Foods 25—25 iconic traditional Japanese foods. One of our favorite moments was hearing the poem “Lives,” which serves as the emotional foundation of EARTH MART. The entire presentation was deeply inspiring and heartwarming. We can’t wait to experience EARTH MART in person at EXPO 2025!

After the panel talk, Top Chef Kuniko Yagi of Pikunico () prepared us a bento box featuring 20 of the 25 Earth Foods. Everything was thoughtfully prepared and absolutely delicious! We were so busy savoring every bite that we forgot to take a photo. 😅🍱

Each participant also received our custom almond gift pack, flavored with EARTH FOODS✨
