Delicious Healthy Yogurt Cake

Ingredients:
1 ¼ cups thick Greek yogurt (Full-fat or low-fat, your choice!)
3 ½ tablespoons honey (Or maple syrup, if you prefer!)
2 tablespoons cornflour (This is the secret to the perfect texture!)
2 eggs (Large)

Instructions
Get Ready to Mix: In a medium-sized bowl, start mixing the Greek yogurt, honey, cornflour, and those two eggs with a whisk. Whisk until everything's smooth and combined. Don't worry too much about getting it perfect.
Prep the Pan: Line a 6-inch round baking tin with a piece of baking paper. This will prevent the cake from sticking and keeps the cake whole. Pour the batter into the prepared tin. Give it a little tap on the counter to level things out.
Cover Up: Cover the tin with foil. This step helps the cake cook evenly and keeps the top from browning too quickly.
Bake Time! Pop your cake into a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C). Bake for 50 minutes. After the first 20 minutes , take off the foil, and let the cake bake for the remaining time.
