Papaloquelite or papalo is fairly new to me. I tried it for the first time at a spot in East Los Angeles a few years ago. It has been since one of my favorite seasonal herbs. It is strong and widely used like cilantro in some areas of Mexico and central America. I am excited to grow this healthy and tasty herb just for you. .

Breakfast prep of champions. It blows my mind how much I enjoy drinking my smoothies every morning. This batch is enough for about 10 breakfast portions. Bannanas, strawberries, raspberries, kale, micro broccoli, non-dairy milk, ice, & peanut butter. I pair it with a slice of buttered toast. I crave nothing else for breakfast, not even pancakes. TACOS ARE ESSENTIAL

While I was working on my mom's tacos dorados recipe today, I remembered us in the kitchen when I was a kid. My mom is the biggest inspiration behind and I am so excited to kick off our endeavor with a veganized version of her tacos.

This recipe has been in my family for four decades and is a family favorite. Our Tacos Dorados will be available for purchase for the first time. Our soft launch is Sunday and you can pre-order as of Saturday directly on our website. The link will be in our bio really soon. Can't wait!!
