Curry? Tikka? Saag? All these have one thing in common and no, it’s not that they’re popular Indian dishes. Naan! Naan bread - that fluffy pillow of charred heaven that mops up all that delicious sauce. With Doctor Dough, you can make it yourself! Fire up your favorite pan to medium heat, divide your ball of Doctor Dough into 4 equal pieces, and with lots of flour, stretch & pull your dough into some kind of odd shape, but make it thin! Like almost “tear a hole in it” thin. Slap it down on your preheated pan and watch it go. It will only take about a minute per side. And once again, Doctor Dough saved dinner with his bready triage. You’re welcome!
